How to generate a License Enabler File (LEF)

Description
It is possible to contact the  Support for this but also it is possible to generate a LEF on your own.

Prerequisite:
  • QlikView License
  • QlikView Desktop Client must be installed
 
  1. Open the QlikView Desktop Client
  2. Go to > Help > License Update
  3. Press CTRL+ Shift and left click mouse above Ok or Cancel

  4. Add license key into the white field

  5. Click Ok
  6. A new LEF has been generate
  7. Copy and paste the LEF information to where it is needed
